Mission Critical - 101 Tips

Mission Critical - 101 Tips

They say every cloud has a silver lining and during this global pandemic I don’t think I have been the only one searching for the positives. Some have turned their hands to sourdough, others virtual yoga and the determined few to ever more complex DIY tasks around the house.

I used the ‘pause’ to finish things I started long ago and this culminated in me dusting off a slim volume about the workplace I’ve been working on for over 20 years. Back then I started to think about the concept of ‘mission critical’ and basing your approach to work on the understanding of the difference between ‘urgent’ and ‘important’.

A collection of inflight cocktail napkins and scribbled notes were amassed and then I transcribed them into a document which became an orphan for years at a time.

Until now.

I dusted it down, revised and added and today published it as an eBook and on-demand printed paperback on Amazon.

It’s a fast and honest read and one I hope helps the reader get the most out of working life.

For me it’s removed an item on my to-do list and that feels satisfying.

If you buy it I hope you enjoy it, let me know !
